Our constitution states that:

Clause 5. (a) Each member shall pay to the club an annual subscription, the amount of which shall be fixed by resolution at the AGM meeting in each and every year, and which shall become due and payable immediately following the day of the AGM.

Clause 6. (b) ...only financial members shall be eligible for election to the committee.
